As construction progresses on the Locker Building, we move closer to our new showroom opening in the spring. An official date will be posted once all of the pieces are in place for a successful launch. I have posted a few new photos of the building and the gallery space that will soon be occupied by some pretty incredible furnishings.
Coletti's new showroom will house one of the most painstakingly curated collections offered on this side of the country. Pristine originals from the most famous makers and trendsetters in the business. Iconic pieces from the likes of Dorothy Draper for Hendredon, Maison Jansen, James Mont, Century Furniture, Drexel Heritage, Karges, Henredon, Baker, John Widdicomb, Mastercraft, Milo Baughman and so much more. Along with the finest of case goods we will offer newly upholstered classics that will be nearly impossible to replicate, wrapped in only the finest of upholstery fabrics from industry designers at the top of their craft. Opening Spring of 2021.
Update: I have spent much of the last year traveling the east coast securing some of the most incredible pieces of vintage furniture one could hope to find. At times traveling 20 hours round trip for a single piece, that's how rare most of these pieces are. Focusing primarily on iconic collections from the mid to late 1050's through the early 1970's with some exceptions thrown in for good measure and with somewhere near 200 items neatly blanket wrapped in various temperature controlled storage facilities between Canton, Hartville, North Canton and Pittsburgh, we are set for an incredible gallery launch in the spring. Right now a dozen or so upholstery projects are making their way through the process and will soon be stored in preparation for the opening.
In addition to case goods, upholstered pieces, lamps, rugs and accent pieces, Coletti Interiors is excited to offer works from two local up and coming, very special young photographers as well as a collection of original works from artists across the globe. Seldom if ever will you find this type of presentation under one roof. In a day when we spend so much of our lives in our homes, it means more now then ever to make it someplace extra special.
